Baseball Recap: P.K. Yonge Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for P.K. Yonge's offense. They came up short against the Chiefland Indians on Tuesday, falling 14-0. The loss continues a trend for the Blue Wave in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost three in a row.

P.K. Yonge's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Chiefland, the victory also got them back to even at 9-9.

Looking ahead, P.K. Yonge will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Eastside at 6:30 p.m. The Blue Wave are facing the Rams at the right time seeing as the Rams are stuck on a 16-game losing streak. As for Chiefland, they will face off against Oak Hall at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
