Basketball Recap: Galion Takes a Loss

Galion played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 58-31 loss at the hands of the Colonel Crawford Eagles. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Galion dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Colonel Crawford, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Galion will take on Clear Fork at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Colonel Crawford, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Upper Sandusky at 6:30 p.m.
