They were outmatched by the Kadets and fell 66-38. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while the Kadets are ranked fifth).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cheyenne Mountain). They slipped by Niwot 53-52 on Saturday. The team accrued 34 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.

The victory got Cheyenne Mountain back to even at 6-6. As for Lewis-Palmer, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-3.
