Soccer Recap: Onteora Starts Season with Win on the Road

Onteora had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They won by a goal and slipped past the Delaware Academy Bulldogs 2-1. Onteora's winning goal came courtesy of Lucia McDonagh.

Onteora and Delaware Academy will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Eagles will face off against rival Spackenkill at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Delaware Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Sidney at 5:00 p.m. on the 11th.
