Rowe had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Weslaco East Wildcats get on the board and left with a 4-0 win on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won six games in a row.

The result came thanks to Zavier Garcia's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Alex Leon, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Miguel Soto, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Rowe was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .393. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Weslaco East only posted a batting average of .125.

Rowe's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-8. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Weslaco East, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-7.

As of now, neither Rowe nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
