Softball Recap: Arcadia Comes Up Short

Arcadia lost against Blair-Taylor back in May of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders came up short against the Wildcats, falling 14-6.

Arcadia's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Blair-Taylor, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arcadia will venture away from home to take on Onalaska at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Hilltoppers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Raiders surely won't give up without a fight. As for Blair-Taylor, they will take on Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lancers have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season.
