Football Recap: Franklin Regional Comes Up Short

Franklin Regional played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Woodland Hills Wolverines, falling 55-7. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost six in a row.

Special teams was responsible for all of the team's points. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Jaymeir Austin, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Franklin Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Woodland Hills, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.
