Volleyball Recap: North Rose-Wolcott Comes Up Short at Home Against World of Inquiry

North Rose-Wolcott unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the World of Inquiry Griffins by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, North Rose-Wolcott will square off against Midlakes at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for World of Inquiry, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on McQuaid Jesuit at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th.
