Calvert has gone a perfect 10-0 against New Riegel recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Senecas will take on the Blue Jackets in a tournament on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Calvert comes in on 24 and New Riegel on three.

Calvert saw some tournament action on Monday. They put the hurt on Lucas with a sharp 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Calvert took every set by at least 20 points. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-4, 25-5.

Kate Coleman was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had five aces and three digs. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Coleman wasn't the only good servers: Calvert was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 22 consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, New Riegel made easy work of Arcadia on Monday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

New Riegel walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16, 25-19.

Calvert's victory bumped their record up to 24-0. As for New Riegel, their win bumped their record up to 9-15.

Calvert took their victory against New Riegel in their previous matchup on October 2nd by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Senecas repeat their success, or do the Blue Jackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
