Elkins Gets a Boost from Bowers in 22-20 Defeat

Starting off the list is Elkins's Nick Bowers, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Bowers rushed for 221 yards and three touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 151 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Elkins moved to 5-2 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak. Bowers and Elkins will face off against Fairmont Senior on Friday.

Fairmont Senior Wins 13th-Straight Thanks to Brody Whitehair

Fairmont Senior picked up their 13th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Brody Whitehair. Wheeling Park had no answer to Whitehair as he threw for 295 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 14.8 yards per attempt.

Fairmont Senior's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Whitehair and Fairmont Senior will head out on the road to take on Elkins on Friday.

Brock Martin and Co. Win 13th in a Row

Brock Martin was instrumental in extending Fairmont Senior's winning streak to 13 on Friday. Martin did his part (and then some), picking up 147 receiving yards for the 'W'.

For the year, Martin has averaged 94.7 receiving yards per game.

Fairmont Senior Wins 13th-Straight Thanks to Cannon Dinger

Fairmont Senior picked up their 13th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Cannon Dinger. Dinger was unstoppable, picking up 132 receiving yards.

Devin Hulver Makes It Two for Elkins
