Volleyball Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short

Cascade suffered their biggest defeat since September 10th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Tri-Valley Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

While Cascade was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Tri-Valley's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-8, 25-14.

This is the second loss in a row for Cascade and nudges their season record down to 2-9. As for Tri-Valley, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-7.

Cascade has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Garden Valley on the 17th. As for Tri-Valley, they will venture away from home to take on Greenleaf Friends Academy at 6:05 p.m. on Thursday.
