Basketball Recap: McNairy Central Comes Up Short

McNairy Central suffered their biggest loss since December 7, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 59-35 to the Crockett County Cavaliers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-35 back in December of 2024.

McNairy Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Crockett County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the McNairy Central Bobcats face off against the Lexington Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crockett County, they will welcome Henry County at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
