She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those two hits gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Madison Perez, who fired off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Melissa Safin, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.
Stroudsburg was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .679. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
Stroudsburg is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Pocono Mountain West, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.

However, it's not like Stroudsburg struggles in that department as they've averaged .369. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
