Basketball Recap: Neumann Celtics vs. Lemon Bay Manta Rays
Neumann lost against Lemon Bay back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Neumann Celtics fell 39-29 to the Lemon Bay Manta Rays. The Celtics have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Several Celtics players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mylee Van De Wouw, who posted six points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Van De Wouw is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Maddy Donahue, who had ten points and five boards.
It was another big night for Maya Collins, who put up 16 points along with six rebounds and four steals for Lemon Bay. That makes it three consecutive games in which Collins has scored at least a third of Lemon Bay's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie Jones, who earned eight points and six boards.
