Basketball Recap: Triniti Terracciano Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Camp Verde

On Thursday, the North Valley Christian Academy Lions beat the Camp Verde Cowboys 41-29. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

North Valley Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Triniti Terracciano out in front who went 7 for 17 en route to 18 points and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Terracciano has scored at least a third of North Valley Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Rice, who posted ten points and six rebounds.

North Valley Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January of 2024.

Camp Verde's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Angel Russell-Moss, who put up eight points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Wa'Siiva Lewis, who had eight points.

North Valley Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Camp Verde, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.
