Soccer Game Preview: Village Tech vs. Ferris

The Village Tech Viper Squid will venture away from home to square off against the Ferris Yellowjackets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Village Tech is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Village Tech is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to five goals last Wednesday, they were much more limited against Hampton Prep on Saturday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hampton Prep.

Village Tech's goal came courtesy of Jaxon Johnson, who's now up to 13 this season.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Yellowjackets on Monday. Ferris and Kemp finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Ferris has been dealt a draw since back in January.

Village Tech's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. Ferris' draw makes their record 9-10-3 this season.
