Volleyball Recap: Creighton Takes a Loss

The Creighton Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Tri County Northeast Wolfpack on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-19.

Claire Meyer paced Creighton's offense, picking up six kills. Meyer got some help from Braylen Fanta and her nine assists. Ellison LaDeaux controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Creighton's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Tri County Northeast, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Creighton will head out to face off against Homer on Tuesday. As for Tri County Northeast, they will venture away from home to take on Wausa at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
