Soccer Game Preview: Long vs. New Brockton

While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Long who was credited with the win on Thursday. The Rebels got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Barbour County's one. The victory continues a trend for Long in their matchups with Barbour County: they've now won six in a row.

New Brockton fell victim to Bullock County and their airtight defense on Monday. They fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 1-0. New Brockton have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Long's win bumped their record up to 7-16. As for New Brockton, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
