Baseball Recap: Hilbert Wolves vs. Menominee Indian Eagles

The Hilbert Wolves made easy work of the Menominee Indian Eagles on Saturday and carried off a 17-2 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Ayden Keuler and Drew Halbach were major factors while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Keuler struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Meanwhile, Halbach tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Hilbert: the team is 4-2 when he allows at most one hit, but 3-8 otherwise.
