Auburndale relied on the efforts of Kylie Anderson, who had 13 digs, and Jaylnn Scherr, who had seven digs, five aces, and a kill. The dominant performance gave Scherr a new career-high in aces.
Auburndale was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive matchups.
