Baseball Game Preview: Life Prep Fire vs. Park Hill Trojans

The Life Prep Fire will face off against the Park Hill Trojans at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Life Prep hasn't scored more than a single run for three games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Life Prep came up short against Stillwater on Thursday, falling 17-1.

Cooper Brown (Wichita, Kansas) made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Park Hill). They walked away with a 10-7 victory over St. Pius X on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Park Hill's win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Life Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.
