Softball Recap: Jamesville-Dewitt Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Jamesville-DeWitt had won four straight at home, but on Thursday they bumped their record up to 7-6 to make it five. They walked away with a 5-2 win over the Fulton Red Raiders. This was a revenge game for the Red Rams: when they faced off against the Red Raiders back in April, they had to take a 9-2 loss.

As for Fulton, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2. The match marked their lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

For Fulton's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bailey Frost, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jamesville-DeWitt will challenge Auburn at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fulton, they will take on Oswego at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
