Thunder Ridge had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it ten on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Rigby Trojans. Considering the Titans have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Thunder Ridge got a great performance from Carly Jones as she struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). Jones has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in 11 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Giulia Johns was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run and three runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Chelsea Adams was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Thunder Ridge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive contests.

Thunder Ridge pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Rigby, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thunder Ridge will square off against Highland at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rigby, they will take on Pocatello at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
