Volleyball Recap: Middleton Tigers vs. Fayette Academy Vikings
After flying high against Bolivar Central two weeks ago, Middleton came back down to earth. The Middleton Tigers wound up with the same score they had in their last game (3-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. They haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
The final score came out to 25-21, 26-24, 25-23.
Middleton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Fayette Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Middleton is on the road again on Saturday to play Trinity Christian Academy at 9:00 a.m. As for Fayette Academy, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Jackson Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
