Basketball Recap: Clintonville Comes Up Short

Clintonville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 68-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shiocton Chiefs. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Thursday (60), the Truckers still had to take the loss.

Clintonville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Shiocton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-6.

When Clintonville and Shiocton next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Clintonville will try to stop Oconto Falls' three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Shiocton will face off against Menominee Indian and their three-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
