Baseball Recap: Woodruff Victorious

After only one run in their last contest, Woodruff made sure to put some runs up on the board against Greenville H on Saturday. The Woodruff Wolverines came out on top in a nail-biter against the Greenville H Hurricanes, sneaking past 16-14. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Wolverines have posted since April 17, 2024.

With the victory, Woodruff broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3. As for Greenville H, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

Coming up, Woodruff will be playing in front of their home fans against Fox Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
