Jefferson came tearing into Monday's match with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Central Rebels as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Blue Jays were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Rebels, so the Blue Jays were just returning the favor.

Jefferson was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-9.

Olivia Bone paced Jefferson's offense, picking up ten kills. Bone got some help from Halayna Loyd and her 22 assists. Gianna Barbagallo controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 14-10-4. As for Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.

Jefferson has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Hillsboro on the 8th. As for Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Potosi on the 7th.
