Basketball Recap: Cherokee's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Cherokee came into Tuesday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 37-24 victory over the Ringwood Red Devils on Tuesday. For the Chiefs, this counts as revenge for the 37-32 win the Red Devils walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Cherokee's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Ringwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Cherokee has already played their next game, a 73-35 loss against Lomega on the 20th. As for Ringwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-27 defeat against Okeene on the 19th.
