Baseball Recap: Fulton Takes a Loss

Fulton lost against Boonville back in March of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hornets fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 2-1.

Fulton's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Boonville, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Fulton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Macon on the 14th. As for Boonville, they have also already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Marshall on the 15th.
