Bethany had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Clinton Red Tornadoes. This was payback for the Bronchos, who suffered a 16-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Bethany pushed their record up to 11-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Clinton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Bethany will have a chance to go back-to-back against Clinton: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
