A Season-Best Effort from Saidi Wasaidi Leads Polytechnic over North Side

Saidi Wasaidi produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Polytechnic to the win on Thursday. Wasaidi rushed for 261 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.7 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Polytechnic's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. Wasaidi and Polytechnic will challenge South Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

William Quintana-Rodriguez Turns in Season-Best Effort

William Quintana-Rodriguez produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Chisholm Trail to the win on Friday. Quintana-Rodriguez rushed for 154 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

The win made it two in a row for Chisholm Trail and bumps their season record up to 6-2. Quintana-Rodriguez and Chisholm Trail will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Polytechnic at 7:30 p.m. on November 1st.

Grant Posts Huge Game in 57-6 Victory

Kaeden Grant was a major factor in Arlington Heights's victory over Wyatt on Friday. Grant turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 38 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 195 yards and a touchdown on only 18 passes.

This year, Grant has thrown 13 touchdowns while averaging 148.5 passing yards per game.

Jashaun Thomas' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Paschal over Saginaw

Jashaun Thomas put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 107 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries.
