Basketball Recap: Swansea Comes Up Short

Swansea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 30th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 44-29 bruising from the Pelion Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-27 back in November.

Swansea's record is now 0-7. As for Pelion, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Swansea and Lake Marion will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Pelion, they are taking a road trip to take on King Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
