Volleyball Recap: Mountain Range Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Mountain Range lost against Boulder back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 3-2.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Boulder scored at least 14 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-17, 25-21, 22-25, 16-14.

Boulder's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lily Towle, who had ten digs and one assist. Those ten digs gave Towle a new career-high.

Mountain Range's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Boulder, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-12.

Coincidentally, Mountain Range and Boulder will both be playing Brighton the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mustangs will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
