Soccer Recap: Philo Wins Going Away Against Shenandoah

Philo kept a clean sheet against Shenandoah on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Zeps. It was an even better day for Aubree Trout as she scored three goals for her team.

Philo has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those two matches. As for Shenandoah, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Philo and Shenandoah will both be playing Carrollton the next time they take the pitch. The Electrics will head out to face the Warriors at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Zeps will host them at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th.
