After failing to score in their last match, Monticello made sure to put some goals up on the board against Chisago Lakes Area on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 5-2 margin over the Wildcats. Considering Monticello have won four contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Monticello's win bumped their record up to 7-3-1. As for Chisago Lakes Area, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

As for Chisago Lakes Area, they will face off against North Branch at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
