Soccer Game Preview: Denison vs. Anna

The Denison Yellow Jackets are taking a road trip to face off against the Anna Coyotes at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.

Anna will have to contend with a Denison team hungry for a win, something the squad hasn't seen since January 17. Denison and Sherman finished up their game with a 2-2 draw on Friday.

Meanwhile, Anna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Walnut Grove, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, the Coyotes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 467th, while the Wildcats are ranked third).

Denison's draw makes their record 3-14-3 this season. As for Anna, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11-2.
