Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crossroads Christian). They blew past the Mooseheart Red Ramblers 82-62 on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the CRU also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.

Mooseheart lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was John McGowin, who posted 18 points along with seven assists and seven boards. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Nishi Amos, who put up 13 points in addition to five assists and four steals.

Crossroads Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Mooseheart, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-19.

Crossroads Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mooseheart, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 72-37 win against Trinity Oaks Christian Academy on the 18th.
