Wilson had already won 20 in a row and they went ahead and made it 21 on Tuesday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Poteet Pirates. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since August 30th.

Wilson was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-21, 20-25, 20-25, 25-18, 15-6.

Wilson's win bumped their record up to 24-8. As for Poteet, their defeat ended a seven-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 30-12.

Wilson and Poteet should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings.
