Baseball Recap: Norwich Comes Up Short

Norwich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-3 to the Windsor Central Black Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 on Monday.

Norwich's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Windsor Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2-1.

Looking ahead, Norwich will challenge Susquehanna Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Windsor Central will be paying especially close attention to the Purple Tornado's game: after the Purple Tornado face off against the Sabers, they'll take on Windsor Central again at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
