Soccer Recap: Reseda Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in January, Reseda was forced to settle for a draw on Monday. They and the Kennedy Cougars finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The outcome might've been different if Mark Zuniga hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited his ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Reseda's goal came courtesy of Zuniga, who's now up to six this season.

Reseda's draw makes their record 5-3-4 this season. Meanwhile, Kennedy's record is now 3-10-2.

Reseda didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 5-0 victory against Panorama on the 29th. As for Kennedy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against San Fernando on the 31st.
