For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 42-30 loss the Patriots walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2023.
Despite the loss, Mission Veterans Memorial still got an impressive performance from Cameron Sarinana, who threw for 290 yards and three touchdowns. Jordan Rodriguez was Sarinana's top target, picking up 91 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Mission will square off against Weslaco East at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mission Veterans Memorial, they will head out on the road to square off against Edcouch-Elsa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
