Recap: Louisiana Bulldogs vs. Palmyra Panthers
After flying high against the Mark Twain Tigers on Monday, the Louisiana Bulldogs came back down to earth. Louisiana took a serious blow against Palmyra on Wednesday, falling 57-24. Louisiana was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-10.
Loss or not, Louisiana got some senior leadership from Cooper Lumley who scored 12 points and Ethen Harrison who scored 8 points along with 3 steals. Lumley scored a full 50% of Louisiana's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Louisiana now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Palmyra, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Louisiana is on the road again on Friday and play against South Shelby at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th. As for Palmyra, they will challenge Quincy Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
