Lebanon is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Southmont is on a four-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Lebanon Tigers will host the Southmont Mounties at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Lebanon is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 71-51 margin over Covington on Saturday. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Kaden Lark, who went 11 of 15 en route to 28 points in addition to seven assists and three steals. That's the most assists he has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Bryce Jones, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 15 points.
Lark wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Lebanon was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Southmont beat Crawfordsville 56-44 on Saturday.
Lebanon better keep an eye on Vince Reimondo. He was instrumental in Southmont's win, putting up 12 points and three steals. Aaron Mcmasters was another key player, posting ten points.
Southmont is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.2 points per game. As for Lebanon, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Lebanon and Southmont are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Lebanon hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 55.3 points per game. However, it's not like Southmont struggles in that department as they've been averaging 66.3 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Lebanon strolled past Southmont in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 58-44. Will Lebanon repeat their success, or does Southmont have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
