For the second straight game, Orem will face off against Timpanogos. The Tigers will head out to face off against the Timberwolves at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Orem is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

Orem is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Timpanogos just ended the team's ten-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 16-4 to the Timberwolves. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since March 25th.

Timpanogos always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .649. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Orem only posted an OBP of .375.

Timpanogos pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Orem, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.

Wednesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Orem hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .347. However, it's not like Timpanogos struggles in that department as they've averaged .370. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
