Perry-Lecompton entered their tilt with Louisburg on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0. For the Kaws, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Perry-Lecompton never let Louisburg on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-15.

Paxton Damme paced Perry-Lecompton's offense, picking up ten kills. Damme got some help from Emmy Reed and her 19 assists. Devin Aldrich controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Perry-Lecompton's win bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Louisburg, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-8.

Perry-Lecompton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Silver Lake on the 4th. As for Louisburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Rossville on the 4th.
