West Lauderdale barely beat Neshoba Central the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights never let the Rockets get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Monday. Considering the Knights have won 12 contests by more than nine runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fourth in a row for West Lauderdale, bringing their record up to 22-3. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Neshoba Central, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 16-10 record.

Looking ahead, West Lauderdale will face off against Amory at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Neshoba Central, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-1 victory against Columbus on the 15th.
