It was a good run, but North Eugene unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 71-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Summit Storm. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (56), the Highlanders still had to take the loss.

North Eugene's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Summit, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

North Eugene will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Crescent Valley at 7:00 p.m. on December 30th. One thing working in North Eugene's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches. Summit and Newberg will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
