Baseball Recap: Moore County Comes Up Short

Moore County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 7-2 to the Mt. Pleasant Tigers.

Moore County's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Mt. Pleasant, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-9.

Coincidentally, Moore County and Mt. Pleasant will both be playing Hampshire the next time they take the field. The Raiders will head out to face the Hawks at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, while the Tigers will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
