Troy had won two straight games and Jadon Wavita did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Warriors came out on top against the Valencia Tigers by a score of 2-0 for which the team can thank Wavita, who had seven digs and two blocks. He is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 20 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Troy's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Valencia, they moved to 18-4 with that loss, which also ended their 18-game winning streak.

Troy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Westminster on the 29th. As for Valencia, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against El Toro on the 29th.
