Soccer Recap: Solanco Comes Up Short

Solanco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Cocalico Eagles, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Solanco can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 218th, while Cocalico are ranked 62nd).

Solanco's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for Cocalico, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Solanco will square off against Elizabethtown at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cocalico, they will face off against Manheim Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
